FAQ

How much is the membership fee and what does it cover?

The annual membership fee is 60€, which grants you free entry to all of our events, workshops, and seminars, as well as access to our exclusive members-only platform. As a registered HIP member, you're also part of the annual General Assembly, where we discuss the current state of the association, share new ideas for development, and address members' needs and expectations. It's an opportunity to have your voice heard and contribute to the growth of HIP.

Do I need to renew my membership?

Memberships are automatically renewed in January each year. Watch out for your yearly invoice in January via email to ensure it doesn't get lost in your spam folder.

How do I cancel my membership?

Once you become a registered member, your membership renews automatically. If you choose not to renew, simply let us know in writing, and your membership will be cancelled at the end of the year.

Can I join at any time of the year?

Absolutely! You're welcome to join HIP at any point during the year. If you join after July 1st, the membership fee is prorated at 50% for the remainder of the year.

Do you offer student / jobless discounts?

At this time, we do not offer specific discounts for students or individuals facing financial constraints. However, we encourage anyone interested in joining HIP to reach out to us directly to discuss their situation.

Can I attend HIP events if I'm not a member?

Absolutely! Our monthly Nights Out are open to everyone, whether you're a longtime member or a first-time visitor. All we ask is that you register for the event so we can make sure there's enough space for everyone and plan accordingly.

When it comes to our workshops and seminars, we offer these as exclusive benefits for our members. Non-members are welcome to join too, with a fee of 20€ per event. It's a great opportunity to experience what HIP has to offer and see if membership is right for you!
