The HIP Carousel is back by popular demand!

The event, part of Baden-Württemberg’s ‘Frauenwirtschaftstage’ or Women’s Business Days, is about creating a space of sharing and exchange to further the professional development of our members and any interested international women in the Rhine-Neckar. We are also supported by the Office of Equal Opportunity in Heidelberg.

About the HIP Carousel

The Carousel is an open-space networking event for women in the Rhine-Neckar area to find inspiration, answers to questions, and concrete resources to help them succeed in their professional development.

The event is part of the Frauenwirtschaftstage Baden-Württemberg with the headline Shaping the digital future with women.

The HIP Carousel is a Business Networking event to boost your professional development.


Join a Networking Workshop to start the day. 
Be authentic, be curious, be comfortable! Networking with the intention to boost your career development.
Moderated by Anja Angeli and Patricia Comolet.

HIP Carousel entrepreneurs

Visit a trade show, at which HIP members from different industries as wellness, health, consulting, law, art, food , etc. will present their businesses and share why and how they went about it.

HIP Carousel podium discussions

Hear about “Perspectives from Mars” at a podium discussion. Come, listen and join the conversation on getting beyond old paradigms for women in business. We will be bringing unique insights as to how women are perceived along with new ideas on how to make our mark.
Moderated by Sabine Nielsen.

Listen to a selection of personal stories. Five women will be telling their real stories of their most important lesson learned.
Moderated by Tracie Marquardt and Annabelle Baptista..

Discuss at a professional sharepoint with HIP members employed in all sorts of companies will be sharing their journey‘s, their resources, and their best tips and tricks to boost your career development.
