KinFlex® & Early Childhood Reflexes
Join us for an engaging introduction to the KinFlex® method with Saba Mehari, Certified KinFlex® Practitioner and Employment Advisor, as we explore how early childhood reflexes may impact movement, learning, focus, emotional regulation, confidence, and overall well-being.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll discover:
• What early childhood reflexes are and why they matter
• How retained reflexes can affect children and adults in everyday life
• The connection between movement, learning, behaviour, and emotional balance
• How the KinFlex® approach supports natural development and stress reduction
• Practical insights you can apply to yourself, your family, or your professional work
Whether you’re a parent, educator, coach, healthcare professional, or simply curious about human development, this session offers a fascinating perspective on how our bodies and nervous systems shape the way we experience the world.
