Burn-Out Workshop
Burn-Out: Understanding Chronic Stress and Rebuilding Your Energy
Burn-out rarely happens overnight. It often develops gradually, after prolonged periods of stress and insufficient recovery — affecting energy, sleep, concentration, mood and overall well-being.
Join Maja Stanisin, pharmacist and founder of MyLongevity, for an interactive 90-minute workshop exploring what happens in the body during prolonged stress, how to recognise early signs of overload, and why recovery involves more than simply “getting more rest.”
You’ll explore
- What happens in the body during prolonged stress
- How to recognise early signs that the body and mind are becoming overwhelmed
- The role of sleep, nutrition, movement and daily rhythms in recovery
- Practical strategies to reduce everyday stress load
- How small, realistic changes can support recovery and resilience
- A guided relaxation exercise you can take into your everyday routine
The focus is not on adding another item to your to-do list. It’s about understanding what is happening in your body and finding realistic ways to support your energy and well-being — without turning recovery into another task to perform perfectly.
About the Speaker
Maja Stanisin is a pharmacist and founder of MyLongevity, a health and longevity practice based in Norway.
She has completed the Institute for Functional Medicine’s Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) programme, with additional training in cardiometabolic health, nutrition and lifestyle-based approaches.
Her work combines principles of functional medicine, preventive health and lifestyle medicine, with a particular interest in how chronic stress, sleep, nutrition, metabolic health and everyday habits influence energy, resilience and long-term well-being.
Through MyLongevity, Maja works with an individualised, evidence-informed approach, helping people better understand their health and make realistic, sustainable changes that support both present well-being and long-term health.
