Mentorship Support for Women
Starting over, whether in a new country, a new career, or on your own, can feel isolating, even for the most capable women. This interactive workshop offers a safe and honest space to explore how mentorship, peer support, and intentional connections can turn uncertainty into strength.
Through storytelling, reflection, and small-group conversations, participants will learn practical ways to build meaningful support systems, ask for the right kind of help, and connect with others, especially when they don’t yet feel fully rooted.
The session will be led by Nandita Ghosh, a senior leader with over 25 years of global experience across consulting, product management, procurement, and sustainability, who is passionate about helping women grow with confidence and clarity, especially during periods of transition. She began her career as a consultant and progressed through roles in development, quality, and program management before moving into product leadership. Today, she is a Product Manager who supports Life Sciences and Healthcare customers in navigating complex business challenges.
Having worked with global teams across Europe, Australia, and Asia, Nandita understands firsthand the experience of relocating, adapting to new cultures, and rebuilding professional networks from scratch. Mentorship played a defining role throughout her journey, offering guidance and courage at key turning points. These experiences shaped her belief that mentorship is not a luxury, but a necessity, particularly for women navigating change, new countries, or independent paths.
