Bridging the Generational Gap

Bridging the Generational Gap

Connecting Generations for Workplace Success

Join us for a dynamic conversation with Schiller Heidelberg Campus Director, Sanja Stevic, discussing how to Bridge the Generational Gap.

For the first time in history up to 5 generations are working side by side. Each brings unique strengths, expectations, communication styles, motivations, and values. While that diversity can be a great asset if not understood it can also create misunderstanding, frustration and missed opportunities.

This workshop, Connecting Generations for Workplace Success will offer you practical tools for communication and demonstrate how to achieve stronger collaboration among multi-generational teams that will lead to a more productive workplace.
