A dynamic day of exchange to demonstrate what is possible for international women at work in the Rhine-Neckar Region. We’ll be sharing our experiences and achievements in order to support and encourage all women to strive for professional success. The HIP Carousel is an open forum to find inspiration, ask questions, and imagine what your future just might look like!

The HIP Carousel is our opportunity to share what we, international women at work, have achieved and how we got where we are. The program will combine:

• An Exhibition of international women presenting the businesses we have created.
• Successful women discussing their experiences, which obstacles they have met and how they finally overcame them.
• Presentations in small groups and podium discussions on topics pertinent to women in business

We want to show what our members have achieved with the hope that our experiences can encourage others to stretch their wings. By sharing our individual stories and the lessons we’ve learned we can support other women to move forward on their own career path.
