About the speaker

Michèle F. Ribeiro an intercultural Ghanaian-German gained over 25 years of professional experience in a variety of companies and industries, in different countries and cultures. She is now self-employed as trainer, facilitator and coach, leading seminars and facilitating workshops on leadership and teambuilding – mainly for international teams. Her corporate knowledge in different cultures, her expertise in personal development and her personal experiences as a woman in the business world, make her stand for women in business, cultural awareness and conscious leadership.
