5 Animal Qigong Workshop

5 Animal Qigong Workshop

In the summertime, we’re inviting you for a picnic with movement session led by Amarpahl Sohi. The Five-Animal Qigong System (Wu Qin Xi) is an ancient Chinese exercise tradition dating back to the 2nd-century physician Hua Tuo. It blends fluid animal-inspired movements with Qigong principles to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit.

Research suggests that regular Qigong practice can enhance flexibility, support emotional well-being, improve focus and mental clarity, and help reduce stress.

Join us for this timeless practice to reconnect with your natural rhythms, nurture vitality, joy, and holistic health. A beautiful way for individuals and families alike to embody the wisdom of the wild. We’ll ease into a picnic-style breakfast afterwards — bring something you enjoy and feel like sharing.
