Salary Negotiation
Salary Negotiation: What Actually Shapes the Outcome
Interactive workshop
February 11th, 6:00-8:00 PM
Interkulturelles Zentrum Heidelberg
What this workshop is about:
This workshop looks at salary negotiation through a systemic and practical lens. We will explore what actually shapes pay outcomes inside organisations and why negotiation skills alone are often not enough. We debunk common myths around negotiation and introduce key negotiation principles borrowed from procurement. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of where negotiation helps, where it doesn’t, what tools can be used and how to position themselves more strategically over time.
About the facilitator:
Anna Shakhovets spent over 20 years in leadership roles in global matrix organisations, negotiating complex, multi-million contracts and working closely with senior stakeholders across cultures and functions.
Today, she is the founder of ReCo Consulting and works as a transformation advisor and leadership trainer, alongside her work as an executive and team coach. She supports senior women leaders and mothers at key career transitions, focusing on questions of pay, recognition, and professional direction within organisational systems that are often poorly adapted to their realities. Her work is grounded in deep organisational experience and supports women in engaging with these questions without over-adapting or losing sight of what matters to them.
