Open Board: be a part of something BIG! March 2023

Once again, the latest HIP gathering for HIP Night Out demonstrated the energy and opportunity that our members experience when participating in our various events.
We had a nice mix of longer term members and 5 new women showed up as well, full of enthusiasm and ideas.
This inspired us to plan 2 Open Board meetings to let everyone discover how member’s ideas turn into initiatives and end up as events and opportunities. We want to encourage interaction and co-creation so that HIP events respond to the needs of all our participants.
Being on the board at HIP provides valuable experience in team work, communication, and building the skills we need to succeed in our own professional development. It provides the opportunity to organize new events that meet your needs and opens the doors to the women leaders around who help those ideas to take root and blossom.
We believe that’s what makes HIP such a solid support to women from all walks of life as they move towards their fullest expression of who and what they want to be.
