Every January, we open the doors of our Steering Committee to all HIP members — because building a vibrant and buzzing female network in Heidelberg that HIP is, takes more than four pairs of hands!

If you’ve ever wanted to shape what happens at HIP — this is your moment.
We’re building the 2026 Task Force, and we need passionate, creative, reliable women to help us bring this community to life throughout the year.

We’re looking for volunteers to join us in key roles:
– Event Organizers — Take charge of our monthly Nights Out (book restaurants, manage RSVPs, join the fun!);
– Workshop Coordinators — Help plan two events per month at IKZ (one weekday evening, one Saturday morning);
– Social Media Queens — Bring HIP to life online (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook);
– Sponsorship & PR Leads — Help us connect with local partners and sponsors to fuel our mission;
– Community Support Crew — Got another skill or idea that could make HIP thrive? Dream of writing your ❤︎ out on the HIP Blog or running a HIP Podcast? Bring it to the table!

This is your chance to be part of something bigger — to meet inspiring women, grow your skills, and have your voice shape HIP 2026.
