International Women’s Day 2026

International Women’s Day 2026

Female Voices. Real Stories.

Saturday, March 7th, 2026 | 10:00–13:00
DAI Heidelberg
(doors close at 13:30)

International Women’s Day is one of HIP’s favourite dates of the year — a moment to both celebrate ourselves & seek new ways of moving forward together.

So we invite you to doing it the HIP way: over brunch, with brilliant women, sharp conversations, and zero performative panels.

Join us for a morning of immersive networking and thoughtful dialogue around the realities of women’s professional lives — across different paths, phases, and choices.

Think: a beautiful DAI setting, proper coffee, brunch bites, a glass of bubbly, and a programme designed to spark real connection and insight — not buzzwords.

What’s on the agenda?

  • A welcoming, interactive opening experience that gets us talking — properly
  • A live conversation with Sabine Rath and Marilena Geugjes, sharing perspectives from leadership, transformation, and everyday working life
  • Space for questions, reflection, and exchange — because real impact happens in dialogue
  • Plenty of time for networking!

The focus is not labels or life models — but visibility, fairness, and how we collectively shape a working world that works better for women.

Why join?

Because some conversations matter.
Because community matters.
And because this is one of those mornings you leave feeling energised, seen, and connected.

Capacity is limited, so please register using the signup form below.
Free for HIP Members | 15€ for non-members (payable at the door)

We look forward to celebrating International Women’s Day with you — the HIP way!
