At Heidelberg International Professional Women's Forum e.V. (HIP), our mission is to empower and connect female professionals in order for you to thrive both personally and professionally.

We envision Heidelberg as a place where women are not only successful in their individual endeavors but also actively contribute to the local community and make it their own. To experience the power of HIP spirit, start with a HIP Night Out!

Our goal is to facilitate meaningful relationships, mentorship opportunities, and knowledge sharing, all while having fun along the way.

Through our monthly Nights Out, on-site and digital workshops, and online platform, we aim to empower women to embrace their unique talents, pursue their passions, and achieve their full potential.

Our monthly meetups take place at various spots throughout the city of Heidelberg, providing a one-of-a-kind chance to connect, socialize, and have a fantastic experience. Operating on a pay-as-you-go basis, HIP Nights Out create a relaxed environment where you can discover new restaurants, share your stories, and expand your professional circle. HIP Networking Brunch

Our most anticipated event of the year has taken place on October, 19th 2024. Thank you to everyone who attended for making this day extraordinary. In a beautiful space surrounded by so many accomplished women, HIP's Orga Team goal was to create a day that allowed each of you to be fully yourselves—a day to learn, connect, and grow together. What unfolded went far beyond what we could have imagined. Seeing your smiles, the joy in every conversation, and the inspiring energy in the room was simply incredible. Together, we are women leading change.
